Sportsman’s Place minutes from Venice Marina
This clean and quiet mobile home is the perfect home base for your trip to Buras. It’s a quiet place after fishing or hunting with a 3 minute walk to the Mississippi levee. If you are looking for some of the best fishing or duck hunting in South Louisiana, this is your area. It is about 15 minutes from Venice or Cypress Cove Marinas. You will find three comfortable bedrooms, including one with a queen bed and two with twin beds, making it ideal for families or groups. Two bathrooms offer convenience, with a relaxing bathtub and a hair dryer ready for use. The space stays cozy with heating and cool with AC, ensuring a pleasant stay no matter the season. This welcoming mobile home invites guests to unwind and enjoy their time away. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our amazing mobile home.
A barbecue grill, charcoal and lighter fluid is provided. A huge stock of seasonings are available. Kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials; as well as the bathrooms stocked with towels, washcloths, soap and shampoo.
THIS IS A SMOKE FREE RENTAL AND PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE FOR OUR PLACE.
There are designated covered patio deck to smoke with ashtrays. This is also a pet friendly rental.

Why they chose this property
My place is located in a friendly safe neighborhood. You can see the Mississippi levee and watch ships go by. It’s on a large lot with a couple large shade trees and a lot of room for parking boats and an adequate driveway to accommodate parking your vehicles and boats. There is a cleaning patio to clean your fish or ducks.
