A small, cosy 40-square-meter holiday apartment for 2 people in a prime location in Greetsiel!

“Jan Dollart 2” features a beautiful living room with a TV, sofa (which can be used as a sleeper sofa for a third person upon request), and an armchair. Adjacent to the living room is the nearly fully equipped kitchen (including a 2-burner induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and microwave—NO oven) with a dining area.
The bedroom features a double bed with a closet and a separate shower. The bathroom with a sink is accessible separately from the hallway
A small garden with a furnished patio in front of the house and a private parking space are also included with this apartment.

The living room and bedroom have carpet, while the kitchen has vinyl flooring. The bedroom can be completely darkened using roller shades in front of the skylights.

Dogs are not allowed in this apartment.

In this well-maintained 1930s building, you’ll find “Jan Dollart 1” on the ground floor and “Jan Dollart 2” on the upper floor. Both apartments can be combined via a connecting door. The two apartments are located at the end of Kleinbahnstraße, just 50 metres from the Edeka supermarket and 100 metres from the town centre—it doesn’t get much more central than this!

Please note that the staircase leading to the apartment is somewhat steeper and narrower than usual.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodation is available for rentals of five nights or more with no fixed changeover day.

The holiday rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular holiday destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the holiday rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and a relaxing holiday.
