Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put all the used bed sheets, pillows cases and towels in one place in the room close to the entrance and away from the heater.
Put all the trash in the trash (gray) container. Put recycle items (plastic, glass, box, metal) in the recycle (blue) container. Both containers are outside of the property.
Close all the windows, turn off all the lights, fans, and TV(s). Lock the door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Due to the neighborhood restrictions, only 1 car is allowed to park on the property or street. Do not park in front of the neighborhood property.
Pet is NOT allowed on any furniture. If excessive pet hairs are found on furniture, additional fee will be applied to the booking.
Pet must be on the leash at all the time when outside. Please scoop the poop!

Much to like here, but the description failed to reflect that the laundry facility was a shared laundry room in another property with usage restrictions (both time and length of stay). I also had to chase to get the property access code on the day. That said, the property manager was readily available to address this issue via the booking messaging system: only a short delay. Finally, I’d note that the cords on appliances like the coffee maker were too short to reach the plugs at their installed locations. Had to hunt around the property to find locations near enough to outlets to make them function. Nothing that couldn’t be solved with accurate details and a couple of extension cords, but annoying, just the same, after a long day.
