Well-maintained holiday bungalow for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, WiFi, pets welcome!

A beautiful, fully equipped bungalow at a great price!

The Eb en Vloed bungalow park has 73 detached bungalows spread across the park, on tree-lined lawns. The park is a 7-minute bike ride from the beautiful beach of Sint Maartenszee!




The very neat and tastefully decorated accommodation Eb en Vloed 58 has been completely renovated and fully insulated.




Living room and open kitchen

The bungalow has a cosy living room with two comfortable sofas and a large TV with digital reception. There is a spacious dining table with four chairs. A sturdy high chair is also available. The spacious, open kitchen is fully equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with extractor hood, coffee maker, Senseo machine, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and combination microwave.




Two bedrooms

The accommodation has 2 bedrooms, one large bedroom with a double bed (single duvets) and plenty of cupboard space, and one bedroom with a bunk bed.




Bathroom

The bathroom has a walk-in (rain) shower and a washbasin with mirror and cupboard. The recently renovated toilet is located in a separate room next to the bathroom.



Enclosed garden and terrace

From the hall, you have access to an indoor storage room where a washing machine, dryer, drying rack and air fryer are at your disposal. The garden and conservatory are accessible via sliding doors from the living room. The conservatory is a pleasant place to be early in the year. 

Both the garden and the conservatory are furnished with comfortable garden furniture. The garden has a lovely lawn and is fully and high fenced, accessible on two sides via a gate. 




Extra

You can park right next to the house on a private driveway (space for two cars). There is also a lockable shed that you have access to. The entire bungalow has central heating and laminate flooring. There is air conditioning in the living room.

Wir haben die Woche in dem kleinen ,aber feinen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. In dem Haus fehlt es nichts und durch den Wintergarten ist es bestimmt das beste Haus in dem Bungalow-Park. An einem Tag haben wir Mittags den defekt einer Kaffeemaschine gemeldet und am Nachmittag haben wir eine Neue bekommen. Perfekt.Die Gegend ist sehr schön und ruhig, nach 10 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto am wunderschönen Strand.

Der Strand mit dem Fahrrad und auch bei einem Hundespaziergang durch die Dünen gut und bequem zu erreichen. Eine gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in der Nähe… Alles sehr unkompliziert!!

Super Ferienhaus

Es war ein schöner aber leider zu kurzer Urlaub. Bei Regen und Wind war es im Wintergarten angenehm und man konnte sich windgeschützt und bei Kälte aber Sonne auch wie im Sommer wohlfühlen. Für unseren Hund war das umzäunte Grundstück eine tolle Sache. Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem schönen Bungalowpark, bei dem alles freizügig bebaut wurde. Das Ferienhaus war mit allem was benötigt wird und noch vielen zusätzlichen Sachen ausgerüstet. Es fehlt uns an nicht und wir haben in den 12 Tagen auch nicht alles gebraucht (z.B. Waschmaschine, Trockner, zweiter Kühlschrank).Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bei einem kleinen Problem war der Besitzer und seine Frau sofort zur Stelle und haben uns geholfen. Vielen Dank an Peter und Francies für diese schönen Urlaubstage. Eure Umgebung ist auch herrlich und wir werden bestimmt einmal wiederkommen.
