An entire house, centrally located and beautifully furnished—with a balcony, terrace, and small garden—just for you! You’re going to love it!<br><br>On the days when we unfortunately can’t be there ourselves, we rent out our fully furnished holiday home.<br><br>The house is located on a side street in the town centre—super quiet yet very central! Everything is within walking distance: it’s just 5 minutes to the harbour and the promenade, about 8 minutes to the swimming island, and 5 minutes to the supermarket.<br>The accommodation<br>is a semi-detached house with a small garden and terrace—all fenced in. Just under 90 m² of living space, plus storage areas and a laundry room. Everything is fully and extensively furnished, just as we use it ourselves!<br><br>On the entry level, there is an open kitchen (“galley”), the “saloon” with dining and living areas, and a bathroom. There is an exit to the patio/garden with a gas grill. A quick note: unfortunately, the wood-burning stove cannot be used.<br><br>Upstairs, there’s a bathroom with a walk-in, spacious shower, as well as two bedrooms that sleep a total of 4 people: the “Captain’s Room” with a 1.80 m wide French bed and the “Sailor’s Room” with two bunk beds, each 0.90 m wide. Both rooms share a fairly large south-facing balcony and each has a small desk.<br><br>In the basement, there is a hallway with a coat rack as well as our “laundry room” with a washing machine and dryer.<br><br>Note: You can optionally book an additional room, the “Lower Deck”: it’s quite spacious and features a queen-size bed.<br><br>Outside, there’s a dining area with seating for four, as well as a corner with lounge furniture. If you’d like to set up a lounge chair on the small lawn—feel free!<br><br>The property is fully fenced and quite “cosy,” especially during the summer months. You’ll usually find peace and quiet here—despite the aforementioned proximity to the tourist hotspot.<br>Guest access<br>You’ll have the house all to yourselves!<br><br>The boiler room and utility/storage room are locked, but someone can unlock them in case of an emergency.<br><br>There is a small, separate office in the house called “Navigator” with a monitor, keyboard, and whiteboard, as well as another guest room called “Unterdeck” in the basement. These rooms are not included in the standard booking and are only rented upon request—feel free to ask!<br>Additional important information<br>You’ll find the place fully equipped and will quickly realise that this isn’t just another anonymous holiday rental, but a home that we, the owners, truly love to use ourselves. That’s why it’s so well-equipped—from numerous kitchen appliances and utensils, a WMF fully automatic coffee machine, and a high-performance blender to Sonos speakers, a TV with a Netflix account, a beanbag chair, and even a gas grill.<br><br>Important: We love kids and welcome them here. However, since our own children are now grown, we don’t have any toddler safety equipment (gate barriers, high chairs, etc.) in the house—you’ll need to bring your own if needed.
