Willkommen im Haus Flamingo - wir freuen uns dich hier begrüßen zu können!
Das gesamte Haus wurde im Jahr 2023 liebevoll und hochwertig kernsaniert. Es befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe (250 m) zum Steinhuder Meer und eignet sich perfekt für schöne Urlaubstage oder Workactions. Durch die zentrale Lage in Deutschland ist eine schnelle und umweltfreundliche Anreise unkompliziert möglich. Das Haus ist 140qm groß und teilt sich in folgende Räume auf:
- Wohnküche mit Kamin
- 3 Schlafzimmer mit großen Boxspringbetten
- 2 Badezimmer
- 1 Arbeitszimmer
Zusätzlich gibt es noch 1200qm Garten und eine Sonnenterrasse für schöne Abendstunden.

Tolles Haus in bester Lage
Dieses wunderschöne Haus liegt ruhig in Seenähe. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in der Ausstattung mangelt es an nichts. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in der Region, vor allem mit dem Fahrrad. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, vor allem immer zeitnah. Ich gebe gerne die volle Punktzahl - in jedem Fall verdient!!

Lage, Einrichtung, Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter kann man nur mit „Hervorragend“ bewerten. Das Ferienhaus ist ausschließlich mit sehr hochwertigen Einrichtungsgegenständen bestückt. Alles ist sehr modern und technisch anspruchsvoll gestaltet. Bemängeln kann man lediglich folgende Punkte:- es gibt nicht wirklich Parkplätze, der Vermieter hat uns jedoch freundlicherweise gestattet, die Fahrzeuge auf dem Grundstück abzustellen- es gibt keine Unterstell- und Befestigungsmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder/eBikes, Lademöglichkeit ist vorhanden- es gibt leider keinen Grill/Rost im Außenbereich- der TV hat keine Antenne - man musste sehr lange probieren und tüfteln, bis man WaiPuTV nutzen konnte. Einen entsprechenden Hinweis konnten wir nicht finden. Es war jedoch trotz durchwachsenem Wetter ein schöner Urlaub in diesem Objekt und wir würden gerne noch einmal wiederkommen. Wir können für das Objekt eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Haus liegt ruhig in einer kleineren Ansiedelung. Sehr gute, hochwertige Einrichtung.
Das Steinhuder Meer mit seinem Uferweg und vielen Restaurants, Spielplätzen und Badestellen kann man sehr gut zu Fuß, oder mit dem Rad erreichen…
