Cosy, rustic house "Le Calle", 2 storeys, detached, surrounded by meadows and vineyards. 13 km from the centre of Cinigiano, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 50 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: swimming pool (6 x 12 m, depth 120 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, volleyball, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Private: garden (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (above ground) (3 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). In the complex: reception. 2.5 km long steep motor access (via unmade road). Parking at the house. Grocery 3.5 km, supermarket 13 km, restaurant 6 km. Riding stable 13 km, walking paths from the house 20 m. Nearby attractions: Montalcino 35 km, Val d´Orcia, Monte Amiata, Castiglione della Pescaia 50 km. Hiking paths: Parco dell´Uccellina 50 km. Please note: car recommended. Local sale of farm products. The big common swimming pool is 2500m from the house, reached by a gravel road. From the 2024 season, a private above-ground pool will be available at the house.

Beautiful house and area

Wow — what an incredible place! We absolutely loved everything: the stunning nature all around, the blissful peace and quiet, and the super well-equipped house. The saltwater pool was pure perfection — our favourite spot during the hot summer days! S. and R. are amazing hosts, always friendly and ready to help if you need anything. Yes, the road to the house is a little adventurous, but that's exactly why you get such total peace and tranquillity. We couldn't have asked for a better

Ein ganz besonderer Ort

Großartige Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Ausblick und privatem Pool. Die Gastgeber sind sehr herzlich, Weinprobe und gemeinsames Abendessen waren inclusive. Toller Wein und hervorragendes Olivenöl. Wir sind begeistert und kommen gerne wieder!

Voor iedereen die tot rust wil komen

Een authentieke (+100 jaar oud) vakantiewoning in Toscane op het platteland op het terrein van een boerengezin (the middle of nowhere). Met een adembenemend uitzicht over de heuvels waar iedereen tot rust komt. Rustiek ingericht, maar wel voorzien van alle moderne gemakken (airco, koelkast, vaatwasser, zwembad etc). Vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaren die voor je klaar staan mocht er nog iets zijn. Het was in 1 woord TOP! (Zorg wel voor een geschikte auto ivm de onverharde weg naar het huisje).

Stille genießen

Dank des schönen Wetters hatten wir eine tolle Zeit am Pool und auf der Terrasse. Die Betten sind allerdings sehr weich und schwammig. An ausreichend Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Da könnten neue Matratzen Abhilfe schaffen. Ausstattung gut. Spülutensilien, sprich Schwamm, Tücher. Minispülmaschine. Kleine Waschmaschine. Beim Pool muss mitgeholfen werden, der Robo schafft es nicht allein. Liegen teilweise jackelig. Tolle Aussicht, Ruhe garantiert. Freundliche Vermieter. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Polecamy pobyt w domku , piękna okolica i widoki , cisza spokój . Serdeczna i pomocna, właścicielka :) Kto chce odpocząć od zgiełku dnia codziennego , napawać sie pięknymi widokami , polecamy to miejsce z całego serca !

Wunderschöne Lage, tolles Haus

Herrliche Ruhe und wunderschöne Ausblicke vom Haus auf die Hügel der Maremma inklusive des Monte Amiata. Das Haus ist mit Allem ausgestattet, was man braucht! S. & R. sind sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und betreiben einen tollen, biologisch bewirtschafteten Hof mit sehr leckeren Produkten. Wir hatten eine tolle Wein-, Käse- und Schinken- und Salamiverkostung mit noch weiteren Gästen und fröhlichen Stunden im wunderschönen Gewölbekeller der Azienda.

Ruhiger Ort, herrliche Aussicht

Der Ausblick ist traumhaft schön, hier kann man die Ruhe geniessen. Der Pool ist der Hammer. Leider konnte dieser nur 2 mal, aufgrund der eher kalten Temperaturen, benützt werden. Reisezeit: Ende September/anfangs Oktober. Sehr nette, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeber. Steile Zufahrt, Auto mit viel Bodenfreiheit empfohlen.

Traumhafte Idylle

In der einsam gelegenen Casetta Le Calle mit eigenem kleinen Pool mangelt es einem an nichts. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und man merkt, dass es seit über 20 Jahren vermietet wird - es ist einfach alles da.  Die Ruhe und Einsamkeit mit Blick auf die Ländereien ist einfach unbezahlbar. S. und R. sind dazu unglaublich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Achtung nur bei der Anfahrt: Die Straße stellt eine kleine Herausforderung dar, an Fahrer und Auto.

Vue magnifique

Maison typique avec une vue superbe. La piscine est neuve et appréciable par temps chaud. Le chemin d accès en terre et escarpé nécessite une voiture haute. Je recommande cette location
