Schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Pannen

Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von insgesamt 5 Personen übers Wochenende in der Ferienwohnung. Due Bewertung der Einrichtung kann nicht für diese Wohnung erfolgen, da wir eine andere Wohnung im selben Gebäude hatten. Vor unserer Anreise wurde uns der Code für einen Schlüsselsafe mitgeteilt. Am Abend unserer Anreise haben wir den Code in den Safe für die obere Wohnung eingegeben, jedoch funktionierte dieser nicht. Wir gaben den Code in den Safe für die andere Wohnung ein und dieser funktionierte. Wir hatten also angenommen, dass der Vermieter uns die untere Wohnung gegeben hatte. Also hatten wir unseren Aufenthalt in der unteren Wohnung verbracht und waren damit auch sehr zufrieden. Nach unserer Abreise wurde ich vom Vermieter kontaktiert und darauf hingewiesen, dass wohl ein Teppich im Bad fehlen würde. Ich antwortete dem Vermieter, dass wir keinen Teppich aus der Wohnung entfernt hatten und wies darauf hin, dass in der unteren Wohnung kein Teppich im Bad vorhanden war. Leider wurde dies vom Vermieter nicht akzeptiert. Ebenfalls zweifelte er unsere darstellung an, der Schlüsselsafe wäre mit einem anderen Code ausgestattet gewesen. Schlussendlich zog er uns den neu beschafften Duschvorleger von der Kaution ab. Obwohl der Betrag nicht hoch und die Kommunikation freundlich war finde ich die Abwicklung nicht zufriedenstellend und ich sehe es nicht ein, dass wir für einen Teppich bezahlen müssen, der von uns nicht entfernt wurde.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir konnten hier eine schöne Woche verbringen. Eckwarden ist recht zentral gelegen und man erreicht die umgebenden Strände in 10-15 Minuten mit dem Auto. Einkaufen ist auch Sonntags im Ort möglich. Entfernung ca. 50m. Die Wohnung ist frisch renoviert und es ist trotz Hauptstraße angenehm ruhig. Ab Mitternacht wird die Straßenbeleuchtung abgeschaltet, was bei passendem Wetter einen super Sternenhimmel beschert. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter bei kleineren Herausforderungen war einwandfrei und lösunsorientiert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn es uns nochmal hierhin verschlägt. Vielen Dank
