Casa Tapia 4 - is a newly constructed, thoughtfully designed 1-bedroom apartment with 1 full bathroom that offers both comfort and modern conveniences. Located within the charming Casa Tapia boutique property, this unit is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or business guests seeking a serene and practical home base in San Juan.



Located in the heart of San Juan, Casa Tapia is ideally situated for both leisure and business travelers. Guests are just 1.4 km away from the sun-kissed shores of Ocean Park Beach and less than a 10-minute drive to the vibrant attractions of Old San Juan, Isla Verde, and Condado.



The property boasts private, gated parking for added convenience and security, a unusual amenity in the bustling city. Adding to the allure is its proximity to "La Casita Blanca," Puerto Rico's iconic restaurant known for serving the most authentic Puerto Rican cuisine a must visit for any foodie.



Casa Tapia offers a serene retreat in the midst of San Juan's dynamic energy, making it the perfect base for exploring the city's rich culture and natural beauty.



Guest Access:

Guests at Casa Tapia Apartment 4 have exclusive access to the entire unit, ensuring complete privacy and a comfortable stay. Additionally, they have access to the secure, gated parking lot, providing a convenient and safe space for their vehicle throughout their visit. The best way to get around is by car or Uber/Taxi, although it is possible to walk to some destinations.



Other Things to Note:

-All communication must be on the AirBnB message thread of a confirmed reservation. You must download the app on your phone for all messages to display correctly. Please note I have 40 listings so this is crucial to offer the best service. This will allow me to address questions quickly as the platform identifies you immediately.



-Please note that Puerto Rico is on Atlantic Standard Time when you need to get in touch with me. If it is off hours, please allow some time for a response or search in the Listing Details and/or AirBnB message thread for the answer to your question.



-No 3rd party bookings are allowed. The person that books must be present at all times. No information will be shared with anyone other than the person that booked the reservation. If not followed your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-No early check in or late check out. If you wish to check in earlier please book the previous night, and if you wish to check out later please book the following night if available. There are many restaurants near the airport and/or the properties where you can enjoy a meal or a drink in while waiting. You could also visit the Mall of San Juan just across from SJU Airport or Plaza Las Americas which is the largest mall in San Juan. Alternatively, you could leave your luggage at Hold my Bags – We keep your bags so you can keep going.



-Puerto Rico’s infrastructure suffers from spontaneous outages. That being said-power, water and internet may suffer an outage during your stay. If it is essential that you have these services uninterrupted be sure to book one of the listings that has a generator; otherwise, I recommend booking a hotel. No refunds will be granted for power, water or internet outages.



-Some listings have fees depending on the amount of guests to account for additional expenditures with the increased amount of guests. If you do not book for the correct amount of guests your reservation may be canceled at anytime.



-We also certain amenities per the amount of nights and guests. If you do not put the correct amount of guests you may be missing some of these for your stay.



-We provide paper towel and toilet paper for your arrival and a few days after. If these run out guests must buy their own.



-Payment processing is handled by AirBnB, so all inquiries must be directed to them including partial payments, payment dates, etc.
