In Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, the Fabulous Canteras First Beachfront holiday apartment is located right on the beach, offering excellent sea views. The 120 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, ceramic hob with extractor, and various appliances. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 4 guests.



The apartment provides high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room, washing machine, DVD player, and a 55" LED TV connected to the ASTRA satellite, with over 100 free-to-air channels in English, German, French, and other languages, plus Spanish HD channels. A second TV is available in the second bedroom. There is also a stereo CD/Mp3 music player with smartphone/Mp3 docking station and USB port.



The main bedroom has a queen-size bed; the second bedroom has 2 single beds. The highlight is the private outdoor area: a 25 m² open terrace with garden furniture, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beach and sea views.



Parking options are available for an extra fee. Smoking is not permitted inside. Towels and bed linen are included, with optional changes during your stay available for an extra fee. Pets are not allowed. The building has a lift and two entrances, one with direct access to the beach promenade.

Pros: Gerardo's beautifully designed apartment was perfect for us, very comfortable and in a great location. It has a lovely large terrace with views out over Las Canteras beach and the ocean. It is extremely well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen and plenty of entertainment options and very good wifi throughout. Only a few seconds from the beach and boardwalk it is also quiet and peaceful in the apartment. There are many supermarkets and some great restaurants within five minutes walk.

Pros: We had a wonderful time in the Apartmen Las Canteras. The furnishings are luxurious and equipped with everything. A highlight is the terrace on which you can spend many hours and also Evening. The surroundings offer everything you need. Restaurants, shopping facilities and a lovely seafront promenade. For excursions at the Auditorio, buses are available in all directions. The service is ensured by Miguel and Maria Perfect. We will be back!!

Pros: I can't compliment this apartment enough. It is right by the beach with an unrestricted sea view. The terrace is spacious and really nice with a small table and two sun chairs. Apartment was just perfect for 2 adults but it could fit easily 4. There are 2 separate bed rooms, a modern bath/toilet and well equipped kitchen. The situation of the apartment is also just great there are plenty of shops and restaurants near by. The communication with the owner Mr Court functioned also very well. He responded quickly and gave good instructions. We were greeted by Maria who did efficient check-in. We are very pleased and got exactly what we wanted. Thank you Gerardo and Maria for a great holiday in Las Palmas!

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in Gerardos Appartment !

Pros: Wir hatten einen wirklich traumhaften Urlaub und waren total begeistert von der perfekten Lage des Appartments. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen Urlaub braucht um sich wie zuhause zu fühlen. Die große Terrasse hat uns mit dem zauberhaften Ausblick jeden Tag auf neue verzaubert. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig wunderbar zu erreichen und auch zum Shoppen ist das Einkaufszentrum Las Arenas einfach toll. Die Komunikation mit Gerardo und seiner Schwester Fabiola war hervorragend und alles hat wirklich toll geklappt. Der Check in war auch super. Fabiola war sehr herzlich hat uns auch noch so einige Tips zur Umgebung gegeben. Wir werden 100%ig wiederkommen. Meine absolute empfehlung!!! Bis zum nächten mal 😁❤️

Der Besitzer Gerardo ist ausserordentlich gastfreundlich und organisiert. Er ist immer erreichbar gewesen, wenn man etwas gebraucht hat, und war sehr hilfreich in jeglichen Belangen. Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Pros: Alquilamos el apartamento a finales de abril y he de reconocer que el apartamento es todo un lujo y dispone de todo lo necesario y más para disfrutar de unos días fantásticos en la playa. La vista desde el salón y terraza es increible. La entrega de llaves así como el check out fueron muy rápidos y sin problema. Además recibimos un paquetito de bienvenida con algunos snaks y una botella de vino. A menos de 5 Min. a pié encuentras supermercados, restaurantes, peluquerías.... y en caso de ser necesario en 15 Min. por la avenida encuentras el centro comercial las Arenas con innumerables comercios y cine múltiples y el auditorio Alfredo Kraus con un programa bastante variado. Nos ha encantado e intentaremos volver pronto. Un saludo
