Great place to stay

The location of the condo is really central in Kailua-Kona. You will find all you need in the condo for your stay and the bed is very comfortable. We loved the fridge and the kitchen as well as the balcony for breakfast in the morning as well as the sunset in the evening.

Comfy, clean, and close!

We very much enjoyed the stay. The place was clean and comfortable and was a short walk to the water and central Kona shops and restaurants. The pool was refreshing and the view from the balcony of sunsets, dolphins jumping, and whales exhaling in the distance was just right.

Well appointed, clean and nice view of the ocean. Convenient location. Slight problem getting into the unit, but property management company and owner were very responsive and resolved the problem quickly. I would definitely recommend this property.

Ocean view condo

My wife and I had an amazing time sipping coffee in the morning overlooking Kona ocean front. The condo had everything we needed, chairs, umbrellas, coolers and snorkeling gear. The kitchen was stocked and a great air conditioning system. We felt right at home.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable

Great location and free parking is especially great with recent changes to downtown parking (all paid parking). Gorgeous sunsets, terrific ocean breeze by day and mountain breeze at night. Well stocked for dining at home or storing and reheating leftovers. I would do this one again

Beautiful sunsets in Kona

Perfect location-close to the airport, grocery shopping, and walking distance to downtown Kona. Kitchen was fully equipped, bed was very comfortable. The 10 digit entrance access code rarely opened on the first try, frequently took several attempts.

Unit was close to all amenities in town and easily walkable to restaurants and the ocean (parking is an issue in Kona). Views from the 6th floor were awesome. Had an issue with the coffee maker and they were very quick to remedy the issue. Concrete building so never heard any neighbors. Traffic from Kuakini highway loud at times but tolerable with the windows closed.

Amazing view

The condo was clean and had everything we needed for a week's stay. We appreciated the beach chairs. The condo is in a great location. You can walk into the village (very close). The condo could use a new couch and comfortable chairs. The Netflix was pretty slow and kept turning off. We were very happy with our stay. We would visit again

Location is good

This condo is very convenient to restaurants and beach. But the bad thing is the elevator needs key to go up and the key is in the locker in front of office. We did not get the pass code of the locker before we arrived, so it took us 20 mins to figure out and called Vacasa to get the pass code.

Repeat visitors

We love the location of this Condo. Right in the heart of downtown. We love being able to walk to Church, bars and restaurants. When our Internet went out, after trying to solve the problem over the phone someone came and fixed it. Last but certainly not least you are assigned a parking spot. Parking is at a Premium in Hawaii.

Lovely place, wonderful view!

So many pluses to this Kona condo! We were invited to be able to check in early, though, sadly, couldn’t take advantage of it. Upon opening the door, we saw a lovely gift basket of Hawaiian treats…very welcoming. Then we saw the view…palm-tree framed church with ocean beyond. Just beautiful. The space was super clean and so nicely decorated. The king bed is probably the most comfy bed I’ve ever slept in! We hope to stay here again if/when we visit. Highly recommend!!

Good location

The condo was clean and in a good location.The furniture was very uncomfortable with the exception of the bed which was fine. Kitchen didn't even have salt and pepper, but the Keurig was a great addition. Check -in was annoying in that the key was in a lockbox that took 3 different people to get open. Electronic door entry did not always work. Fortunately a manager was on duty to assist.

Convenient condo with a water view

I arrived at around 9pm. After a bit of hassle to get in elevator (*see below) and a bit of a cranky door lock, I got into the condo and started to settle in. The kitchen was well appointed with keurig (byo pods) and all basic utensils. Walls are freshly painted, and the art work was nice. Ceiling fans are installed in the rooms which helps circulate cool air from windows or AC. The view in the daytime was of the water and visiting cruise ships. Shops and restaurants are in easy walking distance. * I had read my reminder texts and was prepared, code in hand, to get in my condo. However, the texts hadn't prepared me first to look for key lockboxes, use a code, and retrieve the key for the elevator, before I could even get to the 6th floor condo. Hindsight and all, I found the elevator instructions on the VRBO webpage. However, I was able to reach Vacasa and in 20 minutes, was up in my condo.
