The house welcomes you in a beautiful location in the middle of the forest area Fredskoven. The inviting, bright rooms, to which the wooden ceilings and floors give a warm expression, create a cozy setting where you can leave everyday life far behind. Enjoy meals with a beautiful view of the garden, where deer, squirrels and pheasants regularly visit. Make yourself comfortable with a movie or games and enjoy the vacation evenings while the flames crackle softly in the fireplace. After a walk on the beach, there is nothing better than warming up again in the in-house sauna.



Around the house there are several nice places to enjoy the sun and a nice time outdoors. The property is surrounded by trees and offers plenty of space to play and relax, a nice barbecue afternoon is a treat for the whole family.



Walk to the beach and enjoy exuberant swimming. The nature of Strøby is beautiful and inviting for nature lovers and anglers. Visit Vallø Castle and Stevns Klint, or take a trip to Copenhagen, where there is plenty to do.

Das Haus ist teilweise renovierungsbedürftig. Es entspricht nicht mehr den heutigen Vorstellungen. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu entdecken. Preis Leistung passt nicht ganz.

Ganz nett, aber

...sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Objekt dessen modernster Gegenstand ein sehr großer Flachbildschirm war. Ansonsten ist das Haus als eine Art "Reise in die Vergangenheit" zu bezeichen. Das Mobiliar ist aus den Hinterlassenschaften verschiedener Generationen zusammengestellt und hat teilweise Patina. Dies gilt ebenfalls für die Sanitärobjekte. Damit konnten wir aber leben. Die "Sauna" möchten wir nicht kommentieren. (Das ist dann Kommentar genug) Problematisch empfanden wir allerdings den permanent muffigen Geruch im gesamten Haus, den wir trotz sehr umfänglicher Lüftungsmaßnahmen nicht aus dem Haus bekamen. Die Küche im 50er Jahre-Look ist ausreichend ausgestattet und man kann sich Nahrung zubereiten. Der Garten ist ungepflegt, Es stellte sich bereits bei Einzug ins Haus für uns die Frage wieso wir über €120,-- für die Reinigung zahlen mußten, da häufig Spinnweben, Staub und sehr verschmutzte Fenster da waren. Hinsichtlich Reinigung bei Auszug muß man sich leider bereits bei Buchung verpflichten. Die Reinigung durch uns selbst wäre seitens des Vermieters leicht anfechtbar gewesen und hätte zum Kautionsbehalt oder Abzug führen können. Bei künftigen Buchungen wird dies ein wichtiges Ausschlußkriterium für uns sein.

Schönes, gemütliches Haus in toller Umgebung

Wir haben ein schönes Haus vorgefunden das nicht nur alles hatte was man als Selbstversorger benötigt sondern auch sehr gemütlich eingerichtet war. Und das waren neben dem Kamin auch viele Kerzenständer mit Teelichtern. Den schönen Wintergarten sowie die Terrasse konnten wir wegen des Wetters leider nicht benutzen. Im Sommer hat man hier aber alle Möglichkeiten... vom Grillen bis zum Chillen. Also zusammengefasst... sehr empfehlenswert!!!
