After the sand, choose the ocean-view pool, a second pool and hot tub, or the nearby tennis and pickleball courts. The full kitchen has the tools for family meals, and the flexible sleeping setup includes futons and a Pack 'n Play for younger travelers. Brennecke's Beach, Poipu Beach, shops, and restaurants are all close. This is a thoughtful, practical home base for a multigenerational family or a group that wants to travel easily.

This ground-level end unit has two bedrooms, two baths, and room for eight, with no unit above for extra privacy. Getting Around:

Lihue Airport is about 30 to 40 minutes away, a pretty drive across Kauai's south shore. A rental car is recommended to reach Poipu's beaches, Koloa town's shops, and nearby dining with ease. Old Koloa Town is walkable for boutiques and restaurants, while beautiful beaches are just a short drive away. Parking is generally available on site or in small lots around town.

Great location

Close enough to the beach to walk, and spacious giving parents and teens their own spaces. Adequately stocked for cooking meals and a large cooler provided for trips to the beach. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay and location. You can’t beat the short walk to the beach, local restaurants, pool, and nearby activities.Here’s a plus for customer service: We arrived late and discovered an issue with missing bedding for the pull out sofa. The host got back to us within minutes and went out of her way to drop them off to us that night even though it was late in the evening! Great customer service!!! Thank you. As far as the unit goes the amenities were good with newer appliances, TVs, split unit A/Cs, and more. Basic pantry items, soap and shampoos in the showers, as well as some coolers, chairs, and beach toys in the closet. Everything we needed for our stay. I do need to share that at the time of booking the listing said there was a pull out couch in living room 1 and another in living room 2. This isn’t correct as both pull out couches are in the same living room and there is only 1 living room in the unit. Also the twin beds are in an open loft above the living room and not a separately enclosed space (but they do have their own AC). A little surprised, but didn’t impact us too much as it was just our immediate family together. Overall we had a wonderful time and definitely a great location to stay on Kauai.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was thoughtfully finished and perfectly furnished for our family's vacation here. The community and full time owner/residents were very friendly which isn't always the case with short term renters in communities. The location was better than I anticipated.

Family beach vacation.

Loved the access to the beaches and pools. House came with beach chairs, wagon, coolers and umbrella which we really appreciated the beach. The upstairs loft was fine for our kids, but is warm and not private. Both showers are a little cramped. The grounds of the area are well kept and beautiful. Place was perfect for our family, will be back.

Beautiful Stay

Beautiful property just as pictured and described! The property had all the amenities including smart TVs in each room and even came with beach towels, umbrellas, and chairs. Family-friendly and safe gated community - tennis court and pools with beach view. Great location minutes from popular Poipu beach and close to Koloa shops. Would stay again and definitely recommend this property!

Nice property

Stayed here with our whole family, lots of options for beds and was also very nice that lots was provided( toilet paper, garbage bags, paper towel, laundry soap, dishwasher soap and more) made it much easier then having to go out and buy it all. We didn’t arrive until midnight and it was very easy to check in and straight forward, just use the code and in you go. Would stay here again.

So clean and roomy. We had all we needed except for a working dryer, the oven didn’t fit the cookie sheet, knives were very dull and toaster was Broken. We had a wonderful time and it was a beautiful location. We would come back.

This place was an excellent location just two blocks from the beach. It was clean and nicely laid out. We did have a bit of a challenge getting additional towels. But overall everything was great and highly recommend this place to others.

Great location

We love this resort because of the proximity to beaches and restaurants. The condo was clean and bed in master was comfy. The pullout couches in the living room were fine for the kids. We were missing some things when we arrives and VACASA was very responsive and got us what we needed the next day. The pools on property are clean and not too far away. We love Manualoha and would stay again.

True feeling of being on a tropical island

Our group loved every minute at this property. We could see the ocean while swimming in the pool. We walked to the beach in the morning to see the sea turtles and seals lying on the beach. It also was a great location to get every where we wanted to go. Plenty of beds and supplies. Even the fold out couches were comfortable. Love every minute and would highly recommend to anyone and everyone!

Worth staying here

Great location near the beach, 5 min walk. No AC except for a portable unit in the master but there are fans in other sleeping areas. It’s still quite warm at night. Pretty decent supply of pots and pans and utensils in kitchen. I always think it’s nice to have essential spices and oil for cooking but luckily I had brought that stuff just in case. It’s a good place and worth the stay.

Location. Location. Location.

We have 6 children and we were able to walk to the beach every day. There is a pool to swim in and open grass to play in. The home has beach gear to use. Just bring buy little plastic spoons because the spoons provided are quite large and not meant for little mouths. There are a few teaspoons, but if you want to avoid washing them just pick up a box of disposable spoons.

Lovely place close to the beach.

I would rent this lovely condo again. So convenient. It was very clean and the furniture is nice, too. Our only concern was that a lot of extention cords are used to plug most things in. Maybe it's just my own phobia. But - I would stay again in a heartbeat. We also donated a beach umbrella to the beach closet. :) Thank you for everything. Lisa McClure

Manu Aloha 504

The unit was satisfactory, not great but not bad. On the positive side, the living /dining/kitchen areas were nice. On the negative side, the upstairs bedroom was basically unusable until 10 or 11 at night and for most of the day, I would estimate the temperature to be in the 90s and perhaps close to 100 up there. The master was also pretty small but didn't present and major issues.
