This condo sits on the second floor of Waikomo Stream Villas, offering a spectacular view of the property's botanical gardens and the sounds of the babbling stream itself. Stroll through the grounds to find an outdoor pool and sundeck, a pavilion with gas grills and dining tables, an outdoor shower, and a koi pond. Just beyond the complex, you can walk to Brennecke's Beach, Shipwreck Beach, Spouting Horn, the National Tropical Botanical Garden, great restaurants, shops, a market, and the weekly farmers market.



Begin each morning with coffee, breakfast, and a view of the lush grounds outside on your covered lanai (which includes sun shades for additional privacy). This is also where you'll find a supply of boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, inflatables, sand toys, and a cooler to bring with you down to the beach.



Return home in the afternoons to be greeted by over 1,000 square feet of luxury living space, full of custom finishes, stunning mosaics of ocean-colored glass, and fragrant trade winds blowing through. At the heart of the home is a chic kitchen with custom slab countertops and cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and all sorts of gadgets, bakeware, and spices for your use. To one side is an interior dining room; to the other are a breakfast bar and an elegant living room where you can screen nightly movies on the 65-inch TV (with premium cable, all Disney channels and streaming, Epix, Cinemax On Demand, and DVR).



Additional highlights include a primary suite with its own TV, bathroom, and access to the lanai. A beautiful, custom wall-mounted Murphy bed is also featured in the home, complete with a premium Casper queen-size mattress for added comfort. High-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided as well.

The location is great, the property grounds are beautiful. The house inside is HOT HOT HOT. The dryer seems to vent into the bathroom? So that makes it even worse. We tried multiple ways of windows open, closed, shades down, fans on high, etc and could hardly ever get it cooled down. We really appreciated the good amount of toilet paper, soap, dish soap etc and never had to get extra. It was tight fitting us 7 but did it better then most places. They had a lot of snorkel and beach gear we enjoyed too.

Lovely stay

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is clean and comfortable and can accommodate a family easily. The gardens and pool were very nice. We also enjoyed the location. We could walk to the ocean and the shopping center across the street. It would be nice if the home had a little more natural light and better ventilation in the bedroom, but we were fine.

Cute and clean. Had everything we needed. Walking distance to beach and shopping and short drive to many other sites. Only complaint was no AC which is common in Hawaii but the space was particularly stuffy until we were able to find fans in the closets and open up some windows for circulation then after that was fine.

Suitable accommodations

We enjoyed our stay in beautiful Poipu. The apartment we stayed in was beautifully redone however we faced trouble with the tv, floors felt dirty, living room bed was bent so it was hard to make in the mornings, the fans didn’t work properly so it was hot and the coffee pot was cracked. However, it was really easy to contact someone when help was needed. I wouldn’t recommend this apartment for children because it is a quiet location. In all we still enjoyed Kauai and our visit there.

The sofa bed was slightly bent and has been put back into place. The coffee maker was replaced and the cleaning concerns have been addressed with housekeeping. We hope you'll stay with us again!
