Welcome to Villa Léonie. Nestled in Kerlouan on the stunning Côte des Légendes, Villa Léonie invites you for an unforgettable stay with family or friends. This spacious 300 m² home combines comfort, warmth, and premium amenities for up to 14 guests.
The villa features a large, bright living area with lounge and dining space, plus a fully equipped kitchen. There are 5 bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and WC. Enjoy Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dryer, books, and children’s toys. Three high chairs and two baby cots are available on request.
For fun, the villa offers table tennis, pool table, foosball, trampoline, swing, and pétanque court. The 30 m² heated indoor pool is directly accessible from the living area, perfect for relaxing year-round.
For mobility and outdoor activities, ten bikes are provided, along with a secure storage room for bikes and motorbikes, and an electric vehicle charging station. Five private parking spaces are available, with additional street parking possible. The fully enclosed outdoor area includes a private garden, sunny terrace, barbecue, fire pit, and playground.
For your comfort, beds are made on arrival and beach and pool towels are provided. Pets are welcome. The house is non-smoking and equipped with solar panels. Waste sorting is encouraged, with information provided on site.
