Die alage des Hauses ist gut Zebtral gelegen . Man kommt schnell zum Strand , zu den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und dem Kutpark. Einen guten Spiel und Bllzplatz findet man auch in der Nähe der Jumping Halle. Wir waren mit unseren aufgeweckt 4 Kinden das erste mal in Grömitz und kommen gerne wieder. Am meisten hat das Trampolin allen zugesagt . Die Starndpromenade ist auch sehenswert und Abends ein wahrer hingucken .
