The 100 square meter, modern apartment comfortably furnished with designer flooring extends over two levels; ideal for families and groups up to six people. The floors can be reached through their own apartment doors and connected with a wooden staircase. Here, a door protection grille ensures security. In the upper as well as in the lower area there are two daylight shower bathrooms with a large washstand and hairdryer. The utility room has its own washer and dryer; here you can comfortably wash your laundry during your stay and are not dependent on public devices. An ironing board and iron are of course also available here. If required, you can use a travel cot, a changing mat or a handcart. The modern bedroom is adjacent; equipped with box spring bed, spacious wardrobe and flat screen TV. Here there is direct access to a private terrace. The bedroom with bunk beds has a Smart TV; in the upper and lower area there are comfortable box spring beds in the size of 180 x 200 cm in the bedrooms, which are provided with topper pads. You can eat your meals in the bright, glazed bay window. Here, all guests find space at a modern dining table. The open, new and modern kitchen is fully equipped, e.g. B. Ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer and much more. From the kitchen and the dining area it goes into the living area. Enjoy a relaxing TV evening with a flat-screen TV, cable connection and DVD player on the modern couch. From here it goes to the balcony. If necessary, an awning provides shade and the Weber gas grill is available to you and your family. Take a seat on comfortable lounge furniture. The WiFi connection is 32 Mbit / s. A parking space is part of the house. Pets are not allowed.
