Our house is located in a quiet residential area in the southern part of Teisendorf, yet it’s centrally located. You can reach bakeries, butchers, and all shopping options within a 10-minute walk. Well-run and cozy inns invite you to enjoy a Bavarian snack and local delicacies. On historic Marktstraße, you’ll find everything you need for daily life, and just around the corner is our Wieninger Brewery, featuring the brewery shop and brewery tours—which you shouldn’t miss!
Our very well-equipped vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our two-family home. For relaxation, you have access to a 12m³ covered terrace and the garden with outdoor furniture. In a separate room, you’ll find a whirlpool and a spa lounger for hours of relaxation. In the surrounding area, approximately 280 km of hiking trails invite you to explore, and many small benches and picnic spots offer a chance to rest amidst nature.

Teisendorf is located in the heart of the Rupertiwinkel, the region between the Watzmann and Lake Waginger. The nearby Mozart city of Salzburg, with its many attractions, is only 20 km away. You can reach the “Bavarian Sea,” Lake Chiemsee, in about 30 minutes, and Berchtesgaden—home to the famous Watzmann and Lake Königssee—is also just 40 km away.
