Starting in July 2023, we’ll be renting out the newly renovated and furnished ground-floor apartment in our beautiful holiday home in Bosau, located right on the lake. The house sits on a 7,000-square-meter lot. It’s just 50 metres to the lake. We live in the house next door and are happy to assist you with any questions.

Your apartment features a large living room with a covered porch, a bedroom with a box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet, and a well-equipped kitchen.
From the living area—which includes a billiards room, a workspace, a dining area, and a cosy corner sofa—you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the lake, featuring many beautiful sunsets and a view of the Nehmten estate. From the kitchen and the bedroom, you’ll look out onto the back of the garden.
All windows and patio doors can be darkened with electric exterior shutters.



You enter your lovingly furnished 110-square-meter holiday apartment through your own private entrance. There are several parking spaces in the rear garden area. You’re also welcome to barbecue here.

Our lakeside property (2,600 square metres) with its own boat dock is available to our guests during their stay. A beach chair invites you to relax, and you’re welcome to use our large trampoline, a canoe, and a rowing boat. The water in this part of the lake remains shallow for a long distance—ideal for children.

Excellent windsurfing area.

This is a non-smoking property; however, smoking is permitted on the covered porch.
From May 15 to September 30, check-in and check-out are only possible on Saturdays, and the minimum rental period is 7 nights. During the rest of the year, check-in and check-out are possible any day, and the minimum rental period is 2 nights. Please contact us in advance. Exceptions are Christmas and New Year’s Eve (December 22–January 6). During this period, the minimum rental period is 7 nights.
