The property is brand new, so very clean. It had everything we needed. We brought our own bath towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. You have to bring your own shampoo and soap. It was a very short walk to the beach and the boardwalk. Be prepared to climb to the loft bed; there's little clearance between the bed and ceiling! Pack light for clothing as there isn't a closet to hang clothes. Overall it is a very nice place to stay! Our favorite restaurant was The Old Salt, which was a short drive away.
