Fabulous property with everything provided 
 quality furnishings and fittings and the hostess, Regina , is always available to discuss any requirements.Lovely terrace to sit out for evening dinner and enjoy the views ! Super place !

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt.Sehr gute Lage (auch sehr ruhig, speziell in der Nacht).GemĂŒtlich,sehr zweckmĂ€ssig und mit Liebe fĂŒrs Detail eingerichtet. Bei der Einrichtung und der Ausstattung der Wohnung (inkl. KĂŒche) merkt man, dass jemand sich wirklich Gedanken gemacht hat (es fehlt eigentlich nichts).Die KĂŒche hat alles was man auch fĂŒr aufwĂ€ndigere Dinge braucht (fĂŒr alle Schweizer: es gibt auch ein Fondue-Set und einen Racletteofen/-grill :) ) . Die vier Schlafzimmer sind alle schön und unterschiedlich eingerichtet (1 Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock, zusammen mit der offenen KĂŒche und der Stube, einem grossen Bad und der Terrasse; 3 Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss mit grossem Bad und einer GĂ€stetoilette; im extrem ordentlichen Dachboden finden sich weitere nutzbare Dinge: grosser ZusatzkĂŒhlschrank inkl. Gefrierfach; weitere Kochutensilien, Unmengen an Kerzen fĂŒr die vielen KerzenstĂ€nder im Haus; Geschirr, nutzbare Zusatzlampen, Werkzeuge, usw.). Es gibt viele SchrĂ€nke mit sehr viel Stauraum (in allen RĂ€umen) zudem einen grossen Schreibtisch in einem der Erdgeschoss-SchlafrĂ€ume direkt an einem Fenster des Raumes.Von der Terrasse im 1. Stock hat man einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Wiesen, Weiler und die sanften HĂŒgel und Berge gen SĂŒden (Linie östl. Lichtenstein, Davos, Arosa).Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Lindenberg (z.B. Sennerei Baldauf mit feinen KĂ€sen und KĂ€sezubereitungen,z.B. wirklich feiner Obatzda) und Weiler (lokale Supermarktkette Feneberg in Schwaben und Oberbayern).

Laendliche Idylle

Das Haus ist ideal als Ausgangspunkt fuer Tagesausfluege in die Schweiz, nach Oesterreich, oder zum Bodensee. Es wurde stilgerecht und hochwertig renoviert und bietet alles was man sich wuenschen wuerde. Viel Platz, perfekte Kueche, schoene Duschen, nichts von Ikea. Vom Balkon hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht, die Naechte sind kuehl und ruhig. Einmal brannte eine Sicherung durch, da konnten wir die Gastgeber selbst abends und waehrend Ihres eigenen Urlaubs sofort erreichen und hatten innerhalb von Minuten wieder Strom in der Kueche. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen wenn man abseits vom Stadttrubel auspannen will.

Auszeit an einem wirklichen WohlfĂŒhlort

wir haben die Woche absolut genossen. Das Haus ist ein sehr geschmackvoll und vor allen Dingen liebevoll eingerichteter Ort, da fĂ€llt es leicht in Urlaubsstimmung zu kommen. Es fehlt an ĂŒberhaupt nichts. der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin ist sehr angenehm und man spĂŒrt das man willkommen ist. Danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wonderful

We loved this beautiful property. The house is stunning and extremely well equipped. The owners have thought of everything that guests could possibly need. The location is amazing and quite close to lots of local services just a short walk away. There are several taxi companies if that is preferred. A fabulous holiday.

Super schön

Wir haben 14 Tage in dem sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetem Haus verbracht und es fehlte an nichts. Wir bekamen die nette Einladung in der KĂŒche alles zu benutzen was vorhanden ist, wie bei Freunden. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit, wir haben sie sehr genossen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

unglaublich schönes Haus
