Traumhafte Lage direkt an den Dünnen. Sehr ruhig gelegen aber zu Fuß ist der Ortskern von SPO Dorf sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt.

Wir haben die Dünen-Lounge für 10 Tage gemietet. Als wir reinkamen, wirkte oberflächlich alles sauber und in Ordnung aber bei genauerem Hinschauen merkte man, dass es auch nur oberflächlich geputzt wurde. Leider waren die Bäder nicht richtig geputzt, die Leisten im Haus wurden wahrscheinlich noch nie abgewischt und auch an dem Platz, an dem sich der Mülleimer befindet, waren noch Essensreste. Unter dem Bett, in dem meine Tochter geschlafen hat, befanden sich auch Staub und Spinnenweben. Die Wände waren auch schon relativ abgenutzt und hatten einige Flecken, vermutlich durch tote Insekten. Die Stühle im Esszimmer waren an den Nähten komplett aufgerissen, auf Nachfrage hin, wurde mir sogar gesagt, das sei schon bekannt. Mir ist bewusst, dass das Inventar oft benutzt und ein stetiger Wechsel ebenfalls zur Abnutzung beiträgt, jedoch wäre es angebracht solch grundlegende Dinge auch einmal auszutauschen, wenn sie kaputt sind. Alles in allem, ist das positivste an dem Haus die Lage, man ist innerhalb weniger Minuten in Dorf und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Dünen sind zu Fuß zu erreichen, auch die Garage ist ein Pluspunkt. Über Geschmack lässt sich streiten, das Ferienhaus könnte jedoch insgesamt gemütlicher und persönlicher eingerichtet sein, jedoch ist die Sauberkeit auf alle Fälle sehr verbesserungswürdig. Auch Gardinen, die mit Tomatensoße verkleckert sind könnten mal gewaschen werden. Man bezahlt wirklich viel Geld dafür, da sollte auch ein gewisser Standart herrschen.

Total ruhige Lage, sehr gepflegt. Das Reihenhaus ist für zwei Personen ideal. Sehr praktisch ist die Garage, es gibt wenig Parkplätze in der Nähe.
