This host was gracious enough to allow us to stay after a 5 month reservation with another host fell through. Pros: wonderful location. Central to a whole lot of things to do, and see and food. Rodeo drive was 1.5 miles away from the property. Great communication. The apartment was immaculate. Extremely cozy. The mattress we slept on was the most comfortable mattress I’d ever been on. I was trying to figure out a way to get it back on the plane. Lol There is plenty of space for everyone. With 3 bedrooms and two full baths. Cons: There are 3 apartments with the same address and the host neglected to tell us which apartment it was leading to frustration after having travels from across the country(very tiring)2. The host had a large and heavy package delivered to the apartment and I was asked to bring it in(steel shelves and another smaller box. I acquiesced but I should’t have been asked)3.(Not the hosts fault) It became a little noisy at times with other neighbors around4.Items not secured on the wall properly. Two wall pieces came down while we were sleeping and another time when we awake watching television. Nothing broke but I don’t want to be blamed for something I didn’t do5. This apartment has very little in the way of wanting to cook something. There is a coffee pot, a toaster and 3 pans; 1 cookie sheet. But lacked seasonings(sugar, condiments etc). So if you want to cook, make sure you bring anything and everything you want to season your food with.
