Featuring 2 queen beds and 1 full bed, it comfortably sleeps up to 6 guests. Just minutes from the lake, shopping, and dining, enjoy a spacious private backyard oasis with a sparkling pool, relaxing jacuzzi, fire pit, and outdoor seating. One bay of the garage is available for guest use. Monthly rental only Nov- April.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
No dirty dishes in the sink
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For winter months rentals, we do not split in the month, so it's going to be from the first to the end of the month. Available Nov.-April
We take a refundable deposit $1,000 for anything 28 days or more. Any reservations 28 days has an electricity cap of $150.00 and gas cap of $75.00
We do require our AZ state contract be signed. If you have unauthorized pet, we charge a $200.00 fee.
