This welcoming Lake Havasu City home features three comfortable bedrooms, including one with a king bed and two with queen beds—each bedroom equipped with its own TV for relaxing downtime. Full kitchen comes with ice maker, Nespresso machine (with complimentary Sugar free syrups) and Keurig machine. With two full bathrooms, both stocked with hair dryers and soaps, guests can enjoy added convenience throughout their stay. The home offers heating and air conditioning to keep you comfortable year-round. Whether you’re unwinding after a fun-filled day on the lake or enjoying a quiet, relaxing morning indoors, this charming retreat provides the perfect balance of comfort and ease. We look forward to hosting you and hope you enjoy your stay. ** Note - we have lots of parking on side of house for cars, toys and boats but do have a steep driveway (which isn’t ideal for parking.) If you don’t feel comfortable backing your boat up the driveway, You can also park your boat on the street in front of our driveway and vacant lot next door. This is a cul-de-sac neighborhood.

The home was very clean, had excellent amenities, and was in what do you think you like a very quiet neighborhood. Host was friendly and offered personal cell should we needed anything. Which, we didn’t need since all our needs was careful thought of before our arrival. We highly recommend this home for anyone looking to stay in Lake Havasu. Close to shopping and lake. Loved the mattress in the master bedroom!!!! Thank you Mike and Star for a great experience.

Our favorite Marina in lake Havasu to rent a slip for the weekend is the Riviera and we love Shoguns for dinner! The flying X is fun for country music and line dancing!

What makes this property unique

It’s charming and cozy and has great lake views! AC is cold and works great! We have lots of side yard to store boats, trucks and all the toys! We are pet friendly as well.
