Vacation home 4 seasons

With a ground-floor area of approximately 80 m², it features a 26 m² living room, a 22 m² bedroom, and another 12 m² bedroom. The property is rounded out by a 4 m² entryway, an 8 m² kitchen, and an 8 m² bathroom.



The living room and bedroom 1 are equipped with wood-burning stoves. The landlord provides a sufficient supply of fuel (wood briquettes) free of charge.
The m² property is fully fenced, which should provide peace of mind for holidaymakers who own dogs.


The “Four Seasons” house is, of course, designed to meet all the needs of 4 + 2 people. The house is wheelchair accessible.


Now for the amenities, which we’ve tried to illustrate with vivid photos. First off: the floors in the house are tiled and covered with carpet.


The entryway.
It houses the Telecom router (Wi-Fi) as well as a coat rack (for your raincoat).


The kitchen.
It’s exactly like the kitchen you’re used to at home. It features a stove with an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The sink’s hot water is provided by the instant water heater. The spacious upper and lower cabinets hold dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware.
On the worktop are the coffee maker, the kettle, the smoothie maker, the toaster, the microwave, and the pizza oven, which is used to bake frozen rolls in the morning.
In short, you’ll find everything you’re used to having at home.


The bathroom.
There you’ll find, of course, the toilet, the large mirrored cabinet with a sink, and the spacious corner bathtub. Hot water is supplied by the water heater.


The living room
As you enter, you’ll immediately notice the double-glazed door directly across from you, which leads out to the 600 m² lawn. Furnished with a generous set of patio furniture, you can also enjoy your meals outdoors.
Of course, the living room itself is also furnished with a large dining set and a wall unit with a TV. Directly across from it is the couch area with a coffee table. When temperatures are not summer-like, light the cosy wood-burning stove to quickly create a warm and cosy atmosphere.


The large bedroom
To the left of the living room, you’ll find the door leading to the bedroom. The large double beds, measuring 2 x 2 metres and equipped with Schlaraffia mattresses, guarantee a perfect night’s sleep. The mirrored cabinet (which offers ample storage space), the mirror, and the luggage rack, like the beds, feature a cherry wood finish.
A wood-burning stove is also available here if needed.
In the corner opposite the window, there are two bunk beds, each measuring 1 x 2 m.
They are intended for children travelling with you, but can easily be used by adults as well, given their size.


The small bedroom
It is accessed to the right of the living room and features the same interior design as the large bedroom. Of course, it does not contain any bunk beds. Heating is also not necessary, as the warmth from the living room extends into this room when the door is open.


The Garden
It consists of a lawn area of approximately 600 m² that is completely secluded from view. You can store your bicycles in the shed. Inside, you’ll find a grill, patio furniture, firewood, and gardening tools.



The courtyard
It is paved and leads to the two carports.


Miscellaneous
The Vier-Jahreszeiten house is connected to the municipal sewer system and is located in an absolutely quiet spot at the end of a small cul-de-sac.
Getting daily necessities is relatively easy. Several times a week, the baker and the butcher come to the village to serve residents without cars.
That said, this is unlikely to affect you as a tourist with a car, since the stork village of Mestlin is only 4.5 km away. There you’ll find a bakery and a large supermarket.
To make your Saturday arrival as stress-free as possible, we’ll provide you with a starter pack in the refrigerator (included in the booking price). And yes, beer and Coke are included, too.
