This condo is close enough to enjoy everything the marina has to offer, but far enough away to get away from the crowds if that is more your style. Guests will find a terrific mix of sleeping options, including a king bed, full beds, twin beds, and bunk beds. With three bathrooms, one featuring a jetted bathtub, everyone can relax in comfort. The space stays comfortable year-round. Bright and beautiful, this condo invites guests to unwind after a day of exploring. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your trip one to remember. Equipped with large ice machine and cleaning table under a shaded and cool deck, processing your catch has never been easier. Parking is just outside the door, or pull your boat up directly to the condo. This property is also offered in an "all inclusive" state as well with all meals prepared for you if that is of your interest.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure the fish cleaning area is clean and take the garbage out the grey can. Bring used towels down and place in front of the washing machine
Take out the trash to the trash can. If the can is full there is a dumpster in the parking lot
Please ensure the garbage can is in line with the others and there is at least 4' in between the other cans so the claw can grab it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Do not throw fish carcasses in the water. Please take them to the river and dump them

I operate multiple lodges at the marina and this condo is the pinnacle of our lodging options. There are 4 large bedrooms and multiple decks/porches to hang out and enjoy the scenery. 16 people can very comfortably enjoy the Eagles Nest

What makes this property unique

Our condo has just been professionally remodeled with fresh paint and granite throughout the property. All brand new appliances in the kitchen offer ample options for cooking. A brand new dock was built. A very large ice machine and freezer is available for your use. You can tie your boat up to the dock so there's no need to launch everyday. For larger groups, this condo is a much better option than renting multiple houseboats.
