Our 6th time to Venice Marina, first time staying at this property. Loved it. However, some of the outside chairs were broken, dock side door key pad was difficult to work with (no issues w back door). We would definitely book here again.

Great property. Very new feeling, with well stocked kitchen. Easy to communicate with the owner. We would definitely stay there again. We were a crew of 5 guys there for a fishing trip. It was nice to have Crawgators right there to eat at every evening! Very convenient to the parking lot when loading and unloading. Third house down on the left from the gangway.

This is by far the best STR that we’ve stayed at in the Marina. Newer property, very clean & comfortable. Host was very accommodating & easy to reach. Check in was a breeze. We hope to make this property our go to for our annual Venice fishing trip.

Overall, this house was fantastic and served our group’s needs very well! It is updated compared to many places, well furnished and clean. We would definitely stay again and are already planning to go back. Also, communication with Jacob, the host, was great - he was always responsive. Just a note for others, the kitchen was missing some essentials like pots and pans - all we found was one frying pan and a cast iron pan. But we made it work as we prepped food and planned out our meals where we didn’t need anything more than a frying pan.

We’ve stayed in Venice Marina several times for fishing trips. This was - by far - the nicest place we’ve ever stayed. It was nice enough that we all agreed we could bring our wives and expect to be complemented on the accommodations!
