Gartenblick - Villa Tannenweg

The three-star ground-floor holiday apartment (approx. 55 square metres) can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm wide) and a closet, as well as a living/sleeping area furnished with a sleeper sofa, a sitting area, and a TV. The spacious kitchen-dining area (equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, oven, and fridge-freezer) features a dining area for shared meals. The apartment also has a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, and is heated by underfloor heating. A terrace with seating and the large lawn in front can be accessed from the living/bedrooms and the kitchen-dining area through floor-to-ceiling glass doors. Sun loungers, a parasol, barbecue facilities, and a parking space are available. Bedding and towels are included with the rental.


Pets are allowed upon request: a maximum of one small pet/dog up to 30 cm in height. Please specify the dog’s breed in the “Comments” section! Please also understand that we charge a fee of €5.00 per day for your four-legged friend. Please bring your own dog bed and/or blanket. Pets are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds. Please report any damage immediately—the tenant is responsible for the costs—you are, after all, insured. The property is fenced but not completely enclosed. In the interest of other guests, please do not let your dog roam freely on the property. You should always walk your dog outside the property. Should your dog leave any waste, please remove it immediately.


Keys are to be picked up at the Göhren Tourist Office. 

A security deposit of €100.00 must be transferred along with the remaining rental amount 14 days before arrival and will be refunded approximately 2 weeks after departure, following an inspection of the apartment, provided there are no issues. It is not permitted to move furniture from inside the holiday rental to the outdoor area. Bicycles must be parked outside on the property without exception.



This detached house, built with plenty of wood in a pleasant, modern architectural style, is situated on a fenced-in lot of approximately 1,400 square metres. It is located at the end of a cul-de-sac at the entrance to the Baltic Sea resort town of Göhren. Tenants of the two holiday apartments have exclusive use of this large property. The quiet, nature-filled location on the edge of the forest promises relaxation and rest, especially after a day at the bustling beach or an eventful excursion across the island. Here, you can retreat and be by yourself.

A forest path leads to the house—there is no paved road!
Additionally, the property is located next to a cemetery.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
