The inside apartment was very clean and large. Gorgeous bathrooms. The patio was dirty with cleaning tools/supplies piled into the corner. One of the bedroom window coverings broke, which left us with a dark room and zero view of the water. The washing machine was broken, but they graciously had our laundry cleaned. Bare minimum supplies provided; had to buy our own toilet paper and kitchen towel/sponge. Great location and lovely property managers.

Nice apartment in Levanto that could need better maintenance

Pros: Nice apartment with a lot of space for 4 people, we liked sitting on the balcony and having a great kitchen. Location of the apartment is great, less than 5 min walk to the beach, plenty of restaurant options and less than 10 mins away from the train station to Cinque Terre. Sara offered us her parking permit so that we could park for free in Levanto. Beds were comfy Cons: The apartment wasnt very clean - there was still rubbish from the previous guests, there was a cockroach in the kitchen cupboard, the balcony wasnt very clean, dust on the lamps, mold above the shower etc. The apartment wasnt equipped very well either - there is not even soap in the bathrooms, no garbage bags, nor well equipment for cooking (basic things like scissors or salad servers were missing). Also we had a power cut with which Sara helped quickly though. A vacuum cleaner would have been nice, especially after a visit to the beach. Overall the apartment doesnt seem to be maintained very well

Stylische Wohnung in perfekter Lage

Pros: Die Lage war klasse - nur wenige Minuten zum Meer und in die Altstadt von Levanto. Auch der Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Cafés / Restaurants waren fußläufig erreichbar.
