31- NEW Adorable, clean, quality home near beach in quiet neighborhood!
Adorable, clean and quality home in picturesque Lakeside Drive community! Settle right in to this cozy, cool home away from home. Enjoy the kitchen or grill on the back patio, lounge in the shade of the pavilion, walk to Lake Erie for the world’s 3rd best sunsets, then back to 31 to roast marshmallows around the fire! First floor king, bathroom with shower, open kitchen/dining and family room. Upstairs is 2 spacious bedrooms, bath with tub/shower combo. Well stocked kitchen, keurig, k cups and laundry included. The backyard retreat is under construction- photos coming soon!
We are experienced hosts that live and love our Lakeside neighborhood. Please respect neighbors by practicing quiet time outside starting at 10 pm. ALL VISITORS must be included at the time of reservation, whether staying the night or not. No pets, smoking, vaping or sticky smells on site- violations begin at $500 and will result in immediate cancellation.
