Best location downtown with off street parking!
Between 5th and 6th St on Sassafras. This gem is perfectly located in the heart of downtown. Just steps away from the Gannon University football field, Erie County Courthouse and dozens of restaurants and bars!
This three bedroom second floor apartment is spacious and will give you the freedom to just park your vehicle and enjoy all the beauty Erie has to offer!
The space
The property is in an older brick building in the heart of Gannon university and the downtown. It is located in a very safe location, but with any downtown location, you can expect activity. So if you're looking for a private secluded getaway. This is probably not the property for you
Guest access
You have full access to the entire three bedroom apartment.
Other things to note
If you have a pet please let me know because there is an additional $15 per pet per day fee. If you do not mention the pet prior to your arrival your $200 security deposit will be forfeited.
Any additional cleaning beyond normal garbage and linens you may be charged up to $100.
