Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Leave any used beds unmade. Please return extra pillows to their original locations. Turn off lights, fans, televisions, and small appliances. Set the thermostat to: 70* F Close and lock all doors.
Wash & return all dishes, cookware, and utensils. Dishes may be left to dry in the sink strainer or stacked neatly on the drying mat. Empty the coffee maker. Paddle boat kayak & paddle board to shore.
Place all trash bags in the trash can & recyclables on the screened porch. Securely latch trash lids after use. Pick up and dispose of all pet waste. Return pet supplies.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful lake property! The home was incredibly clean, cozy, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family getaway. We used the trip to celebrate our daughter turning 13, and it was unforgettable. Our boys even caught their very first fish right on the lake! Ky is an amazing, attentive host and made sure we had everything we needed and gave great beach recommendations! We cannot recommend this place enough a.d would love to return!
