Let's start where everyone ends up anyway — the backyard.
Step outside and you've got a massive heated pool with a water slide, a hot tub, a built-in BBQ, a built-in fire pit, a half basketball court, and even a little putting green — putters and balls are stocked so you can work on your short game between dips in the pool. It's not Pebble Beach, but it's a fun touch that always gets used more than people expect. The covered patio has a mister system that makes even the hottest Arizona afternoons surprisingly comfortable. Whether the kids are on the water slide and the adults are cooking out, or everyone's gathered around the fire pit after dark, there's always something happening back here — and it never feels crowded.
The whole property is wired with a whole-home audio system, so your playlist follows you from the kitchen to the patio to the pool without missing a beat. It's one of those things you don't expect and then can't imagine the trip without.
Inside, the house opens up into a sprawling single-level floor plan — 3,467 sq ft that never feels like you're on top of each other. The chef's kitchen is a real one: gas range, huge island, granite countertops, breakfast bar, double ovens, pantry, and a reverse osmosis water system. It's set up for a group that actually wants to cook together, not just heat things up. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a gas fireplace, and flows easily into the dining and kitchen areas — so meals and evenings have that easy, connected feel you want on a family trip.
Five bedrooms means everyone gets their own space to decompress. The primary suite has a soaking tub, separate shower, and double vanity — a proper retreat after a full day. The other bedrooms are comfortable and well-sized, not afterthoughts. The den adds a queen-sized sleeper sofa, which means the home sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably without anyone feeling like they drew the short straw. With 3 full bathrooms and laundry inside, a group that size can move through mornings without the usual chaos.
Three-car garage, circular driveway, mountain views, and a neighborhood with walking and biking paths right outside. It's the kind of place that makes coming back to home base feel like part of the vacation.
Guests will have access to the entire main home on the lot. There is a casita in the back corner of the property with a separate garage that is not accessible during your stay. The casita is strictly for owner use but there will not be anyone staying in it during your reservation.
I am always available by phone or message but you will not see me during your stay.
**IMPORTANT** Please note, to heat the pool there is an additional charge of $70/night. This charge will be invoiced to you through the platform and will be required before check-in if you request to have the pool heated. We cannot heat the pool for only certain nights of your stay, it must be your entire reservation length. We also need at least 4 days notice to have the pool pre-heated and ready for your arrival, it is a very large pool and take a while to heat up. We cannot refund any pool heating costs due to inclement weather or not utilizing the pool.
Our pool cleaner normally comes on a weekday (typically Thursday or Friday) and typically just lets himself in through the side yard gate. This is typical of pool cleaners here and we like to mention it so guests are not alarmed. He is typically in and out within 20 minutes.
We also have a monthly pest control service that sprays the exterior of the home. The exact date changes based on their availability and will do our best to give you notice before their arrival if they happen to be stopping by during your stay, we typically only get a one hour notice from them ourselves.
Our landscapers stop by about every two weeks to service the property and keep it in tip top shape for our guests. The day of the week changes so please do not be alarmed if any of our routine maintenance people let themselves into the backyard during your stay.
If there is a day that you would like zero interruptions from our service crew please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate but cannot gurantee anything.

About the host
Your host
I’m your host, Radek, and I love hosting memorable stays for guests visiting AZ. I began hosting near the end of 2021 by listing a private guest suite in my home in South Tempe. I work as real estate professional and help a wide variety of clients all over the valley with a strong foucs on vacation home management through my company, Copper State Hosting.
I am originally from northern California but now have the pleasure of calling Arizona my home. When I'm not working, I enjoy exploring the Arizona outdoors, visiting some of Arizona's awesome breweries and traveling for new experiences. My favorite place I’ve travelled to as a guest has to be when I stayed in a cottage located on a horse farm in Grundarfjörður, Iceland with amazing views of the mountain Kirkjufell. I also love playing ice hockey, woodworking and doing projects around the house.
Why they chose this property
Queen Creek is one of the most family-friendly communities in the East Valley — quiet, well-kept, and surrounded by things to do. Terraranch sits close to San Tan Mountain Regional Park for hiking and biking, Schnepf Farms for seasonal family fun, Pecan Lake Entertainment for the kids, and the Queen Creek Marketplace for dining and shopping. It has the feel of a tight-knit desert community without being far from anything.
What makes this property unique
Most vacation homes make you choose between a great indoor space and a great outdoor space. This one doesn't. The chef's kitchen, vaulted ceilings, and 3,467 sq ft floor plan are matched by a backyard built for a full group — heated pool with water slide, hot tub, built-in BBQ, fire pit, basketball court, mister-cooled patio, and a putting green. Add a whole-home audio system and sleeping space for 12, and it's the kind of property guests rebook before they leave.
