Wunderschöne große super gepflegte Anlage .sehr ruhig und idyllisch gelegen .ideal zum runter kommen und genießen .Wohnung völlig ausreichend .Alles da was man braucht und falls nicht wird direkt alles organisiert .Super netter Vermieter.Daumen hoch und immer wieder gern.

Preisgünstige und zentrale Unterkunft auf Usedom

Aus privaten Gründen habe ich kurzfristig nach einer preisgünstigen und zentralen Unterkunft auf Usedom mit Hund gesucht und bin dabei auf diese Ferienwohnung in Mellenthin gestoßen und kann nur feststellen, dass sie unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen hat: Ein Wohnzimmer mit einem Doppelbett in einer Ecke, Esstisch mit Stühlen, Fernseher, Radio, WLAN, Sofa etc. alles sehr funktional. Toll war es, dass man gleich auf die Terrasse gehen konnte. Eine kleine Küche, ein Extra-Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und ein Bad rundeten den positiven Eindruck ab. Sehr praktisch war es, dass wir unser Auto direkt vor der Eingangstür zur Wohnung „Kuhstall“ parken konnten. Besonders positiv ist ein großer Garten und die Nähe zum Schlosshotel Mellenthin und dem Landgasthof Klein: Beides haben wir besucht und dort gegessen, sehr zu empfehlen! Von Mellenthin kann man die Kaiserbäder Richtung Osten (incl. Swinemünde) und Koserow, Zinnowitz und Wolgast schnell per Auto oder Zug (Bahnhof Schmollensee) erreichen. Übrigens: Die Parkplätze an den Bahnhöfen sind kostenfrei.
