Welcome to the spacious two-story Amica holiday home, which is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. With 200 square metres of living space, it offers plenty of room for up to 8 adults, 1 child up to 16 years old, and 2 toddlers (up to 2 years old in a travel cot). The holiday home is located just 700 metres from the beach, at the corner of Setheweg and State Road L266. Shopping and dining options are within walking distance. On the ground floor, you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area furnished with a cosy seating area. Here, you can relax and enjoy time together. A large 55-inch flat-screen TV and a Bose soundbar with Bluetooth are available for your entertainment. On cooler evenings, the remote-controlled gas fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. The large dining area with a bench is perfect for sharing meals together. An adjacent, fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, so you can conveniently prepare your favourite dishes. The ground floor also features a bedroom with a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A bathroom with a shower (1.00 m x 1.40 m), toilet, and sink is at your disposal. Additionally, there is a guest bathroom and an utility room with a washer-dryer for your convenience. The upper floor features a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a Finnish sauna. Here, you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day. Two additional bedrooms on the upper floor each feature a comfortable double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), built-in closets, and a flat-screen TV. These private retreats invite you to rest and dream. The fourth bedroom is particularly spacious and features a double box-spring bed (2.20 m x 2.00 m), a closet, and a chest of drawers, as well as a pull-out sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for a child up to 16 years old. From this room, you have access to a private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. To enjoy nature and the fresh air, two covered patios are at your disposal. One patio measures 12 square metres and the other 16 square metres. Both face southwest. You’ll find comfortable patio furniture here. A private garden area is also at your disposal. During your stay, you can use the Wi-Fi free of charge. Three parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. One parking space is equipped with an electric vehicle charging station (for a fee). We have reserved a garage for your bicycles, which is intended exclusively for bicycle storage.<br><br><br><br>Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
