Welcome to the beautiful thatched-roof semi-detached home “Reetreat,” nestled in the idyllic countryside of the seaside resort of Bansin. This exclusive holiday home has three floors and can accommodate up to 8 adults and 1 child. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious open-concept living and dining area that’s perfect for spending time together. The fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities such as two ovens with microwave functions, an induction stove, and even two wine drawers. The dining area seats 9 people. A cosy seating area with a flat-screen TV and a Sonoro compact stereo system featuring a CD player, Bluetooth, and internet radio—as well as its own small library—creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. An inviting wood-burning stove adds warmth and cosiness. From here, you can step out onto the spacious south-west-facing terrace (30 square metres). A grill is available so you can enjoy convivial evenings with delicious meals outdoors. In addition, a real highlight awaits you: a heated pool with a counter-current system (open from April through October) and a separate hot tub (open year-round) invites you to relax and refresh. At the far end of the property is a small “witch’s house” that serves as a playhouse for our younger guests. The luxurious bathroom, featuring a sauna, spacious shower, sink, bidet spray, and toilet, offers additional comfort. A washer-dryer in the hallway closet rounds out the amenities. On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable double box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV. Two of the bedrooms open onto the northwest-facing balcony. Another bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and bidet shower completes this floor. The highlight of the second floor is the fourth bedroom, furnished with a double box-spring bed (1.60 m x 2.00 m) and a bunk bed (0.90 m x 2.00 m), a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV. An indoor guest bathroom with a bidet spray offers additional comfort. Outside, you’ll find a private storage room for bicycles. Two outdoor parking spaces are available, with the option of an electric charging station for electric cars (for a fee). Your four-legged friend is also very welcome here. The renter agrees to take all necessary precautions to ensure the safe use of the pool and pool area for himself, his family, and other guests, especially children. Children may only be in the pool area under adult supervision. The property owner disclaims all liability in this regard. The tenant agrees to assume full responsibility for themselves, their family, and guests; otherwise, they are prohibited from using the pool and pool area. The water temperatures are fixed (pool: 29°C / hot tub: 36°C) and may not be altered. Control of the technical systems (in particular temperature, filters, and Wi-Fi components) is reserved exclusively for the operator. The pool must always be covered when not in use. Therefore, please leave the cover on the pool after use so that the water temperature can be kept stable and the system can operate reliably.
