Shop 8.4 km, grocery 450 m, restaurant 800 m, bus stop "Le Gollet" 2.6 km, railway station "Saint Gervais- Le Fayet" 12.4 km, indoor swimming pool 7.5 km, thermal baths "Les Thermes de Saint-gervais" 12 km. Gondola lift, skisport facilities, ski rental 1 km, ski bus stop 50 m, ski school 900 m, sled run 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc 900 m. Please note: car recommended. Ski bus (free of charge).
"Les Tétras", 1-room studio 27 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the balcony. Sleeping alcove with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bathroom, sep. WC. Electric heating. Balcony 6 m2, south-east facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.). Offer by a private individual according to  Art. 155, IV of CGI.

Casa Practica con vistas impresionantes

Nos ha parecido una casa muy práctica que tiene de todo. El edificio no es muy nuevo pero la casa está reformada y tanto el baño como la cocina esta nuevos. La ubicación esta muy bien aunque desde el pueblo (grande y que tiene de todo) hay unos 10 minutos de curvas pero merece la pena por las vistas que tiene desde la terraza.
