Der garteb könnte etwas besser abgetrennt zu den Nachbarn rechts und links sein. Optisch hat man vor der Terrasse noch 100qm garten der aber leider zu beiden seiten offen und etwas ungepflegt ist. Und der blickschutz zum nachbarn ist so Durchlässig, dass man keine Privatsphäre hat und das Gefühl hat man kann sich gegenseitig beobachgen usw. Wäre ausbaufähig
