This beautiful Bear Lake retreat has 4 private bedrooms and a large loft where the kids will have their own space. The private deck is the perfect place to enjoy every moment you have at the retreat. The yard and beach are shared with 6 other homes in the HOA, but are private so there is no public access outside of the HOA. The dock is a wonderful bonus for dropping off and picking up your family members in and out of your boat. Please note, that the HOA does not allow boats to be tied to the dock.

Strict HOA Rules
1. The dock is active loading/unloading only. 10 Min Max. Leaving someone to "tend" the boat is not active loading/unloading.
2. Guests are not allowed to invite other guests to the property to access the private beach. Daytime/nighttime guests are not allowed.
3. Parking is strictly enforced. Guests are only allowed to park on the cement driveway. No parking on the asphalt or grass.
4. No Pets or animals!
