Beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Marte", 2 storeys, semi-detached, surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Magliano in Toscana, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 7 ha. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture. Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn. Heating available only from 20.Oct. - 03.May.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 20 km, shopping centre 32 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia dellOsa" 20 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 50 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m.
