Beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Marte", 2 storeys, semi-detached, surrounded by meadows and fields. 5 km from the centre of Magliano in Toscana, in a secluded, quiet position on top of a hill, 20 km from the sea, in the countryside. For shared use: property 7 ha. Pergola, terrace, garden furniture. Private: garden 500 m2 with lawn. Heating available only from 20.Oct. - 03.May.. Parking on the premises. Grocery 4 km, supermarket 20 km, shopping centre 32 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 4 km, sandy beach "Spiaggia dellOsa" 20 km, thermal baths "Saturnia" 50 km. Walking paths from the house 50 m. Nearby attractions: Scansano 20 km, Montiano 11 km, Talamone 25 km, Monte Argentario 30 km, Giannella / Feniglia 30 km, Grosseto 26 km. Hiking paths: Parco dell´Uccellina 30 km. Please note: car recommended. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. The owner has a dog. The beaches of Giannella can be easily reached in approx. 20 minutes by car. Kurzurlaub

Wir haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Räumlichkeiten sind wie auf den Fotos beschrieben, sehr großzügig und einladend. Auch der Aussenbereich mit der überdachten Terrasse und einer wundervollen Aussicht auf das Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. Wer selbst kochen will, wird in der voll ausgestatteten Küche nichts vermissen. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir werden das Haus auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Casa Marte

La casa è in una posizione piacevole con vista su Argentario e Giglio. Ha un grande potenziale, ma manca di quei piccoli accorgimenti e dettagli che, veramente con poco, farebbero la differenza: macchina del caffè; ante di plastica/vetro alle docce; lenzuola e asciugamani spaiati e senza criterio; ecc. Unico difetto rilevante è l’assenza di aria condizionata che ha reso invivibili le notti, soprattutto per chi dorme sul soppalco (sotto al tetto con una piccola finestra ma priva di ventilazione.

Un lieu d'une grande paix

Nous avons séjourné 15 jours, avec nos deux chiennes, dans la maison Marte à Magliano in Toscana. Un endroit de rêve avec vue sur les collines toscanes et la mer à l'horizon. La maison possède l'élégance des maisons en pierre de la région et tout le confort souhaitable. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le charme de nos hôtes tout de prévenances, de discrétion et de simplicité et aussi leurs deux adorables chiennes. Nous avons profité au maximum des grandes balades qu'ils nous ont indiquées.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Sehr individuell eingerichtet. Die Bilder versprechen nicht zuviel. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar ein Schreibtisch. Das Meer ist von der Terrasse aus zu sehen, nur zwanzig Kilometer entfernt. Ruhige Lage. Sehr angenehme Hausbesitzer. Gute Betten. Wir haben uns rund herum wohlgefühlt.
