Our host, Davide, was amazing and met us at the house for a tour! He was also very helpful in helping us to find restaurants and a boat rental in town. The boat rental was a highlight for us, as it was an affordable way to explore the area and enjoy the beautiful ocean.The house has an AMAZING outdoor area with multiple seating sections and a spectacular view. The kitchen of the home is very well equipped with high end appliances and accessories. Would be perfect to host a dinner at home.There is a beach bar located right near the house which serves lunch and cocktails. We found Franco to be extremely helpful (and our translator at times). The beach bar also serves a delicious iced coffee treat! This is where the public beach is located. It is rocky, with few sandy areas, but great swimming. We found it to be too busy during the weekend, but relaxing during the week. We preferred to climb down the rocks across from the house for a private swimming experience.A short path from the house leads to old train track, now converted to a walking/ biking path. We took this walk each night to town for dinner, about 1.5 miles one way. Gorgeous walk to and from, right along the ocean. There is also a train that runs this path, for 6 per person.Highly recommend this property! Loved the town of Varazze!

We had the most fabulous time at this Seaside home. It’s exactly as pictured and close to everything. There is parking on the property, rent the car, it’s an experience of its own! We enjoyed the endless views, comfy beds, beautiful kitchen, steps to the beach. Everything was perfect. Would love to spend a month here for sure. Be sure to visit La Bufala in Varazze for the best food in the area! Just to be fair, the stairs would be a challenge for someone with limited mobility.

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Meer

Die elegante Ferienwohnung ist auf einer kleinen Anhöhe über dem ligurischen Meer gelegen. Über eine Treppe und den darunter liegenden Radweg gelangt man direkt ans Meer. Die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was man für erholsame Ferien benötigt. Aufgrund der vielen Stufen und des Gartens mit Hanglage ist die Unterkunft für Familien mit Kleinkindern weniger geeignet.

Très belles vacances à We Sea

Nous avons passé 9 jours enchanteurs en avril à Varazze avec nos deux enfants de 7 et 9 ans. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par D. L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux, très propre, bien équipé il dispose de 4 terrasses avec vue sur la mer!!! Il se situe à l'écart du village, avec place de parc privée c'est un endroit très tranquille, avec le son de la mer qui nous berce. La vue est fantastique, également depuis l'intérieur de l'appartement. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung am Meer

Traumhaft schöne, großzügige und vor kurzem hochwertig renovierte Ferienwohnung: überwältigende Aussicht auf das Meer und die Küstenlinie durch die Panoramafenster sowie von den 3 Terrassen, von denen mindestens eine immer in der Sonne und eine andere beschattet ist. Genial ist der Zugang zum Meer und zum nahegelegenen Strand (mit italienischer Bar) durch das schön angelegte terrassierte Grundstück. Fahrradweg nach Varraze und zu mehreren kleinen Stränden. Stetes Meeresrauschen - einfach genial!

Sehr großzügige Wohnung mit unglaublich schönem Garten/ Terassenanlage. Superkurzer Weg zum Strand. Eine Dusche befindet sich auf dem Grundstück. Schlafzimmer, Küche Bäder alles top. Einer von uns hat im Wohnzimmer sehr komfortabel geschlafen. Davide hat uns sehr freundlich und kompetent betreut. Der Europäische Radwanderweg verläuft direkt vorm Haus. Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt es diverse. Ein Topf plus Deckel mehr in der Küche wäre fein. Die Wohnung ist absolut zu empfehlen.
