Nestled on the quieter east side of the community, this inviting 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers the perfect home base for exploring North Carolina's beautiful Crystal Coast.

Please note that Crystal Coast Cove is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator access, making this home best suited for guests who are comfortable climbing stairs.

- No pets allowed.

- No parties allowed—violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Parking is available for 2 vehicles in the parking lot. There are two blue parking tags. They are located in the binder on top of the fridge. Please place them in your car for the duration of your stay. Security does monitor the parking lots, and they will give warnings if you do not have the tag displayed. IMPORTANT: Please return the parking tags to the binder on top of the fridge before you leave. They cost $25 each to be replaced.

- We welcome long-term stays — please reach out to discuss availability. Note that stays of 28 days or more may incur an additional cleaning fee.

- Guests must be 21 years or older to book this property.

- Please note: This property is located on the third floor and is accessible by stairs only. There is no elevator.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
