Just a few minutes' walk to the local beaches, restaurants with local specialties, cool bars and cafés as well as shopping facilities in the historic town center.



Ideal for golfers, kite surfers and windsurfers. The Ria Formosa nature reserve right on the doorstep is a paradise for birdwatchers, hikers and cyclists.



Enjoy the two swimming pools, which are free and exclusively available to members of the complex. There are plenty of sun loungers and parasols for comfortable sunbathing. The shared pool is only 30m away.



The villa has recently been completely renovated and equipped with high-quality furniture. The outdoor areas have also been redesigned.



New since 2025: All terraces can now be shaded - for even more comfort on sunny days. Implemented following valuable guest feedback, because your well-being is important to us.



We will of course provide you with all the necessary amenities such as towels, bed linen and a hairdryer.



The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and capsule coffee machine.



There is access to high-speed Internet 500 Mbits throughout the house.



A highlight is the four-person private hot tub on the roof terrace with unobstructed views of the lagoon and the Atlantic Ocean.



There is a large Smart TV in the living room.

The house also invites you to a workation. There is a compact desk with seating in two of the rooms.



6 people can sleep comfortably in three bedrooms with completely new, large beds and new mattresses (160 × 200 cm).

Each bedroom has a newly renovated bathroom.



The luxurious accommodation is also very suitable for longer stays. There is a washing machine, an ironing board, an iron and a clothes horse.
