This is a brand new property that is less than 10 minutes from New Minas and less than 15 minutes from downtown Wolfville, situated on a peaceful, large, tree-lined lot with zero ambient/traffic noise. The property consists of nine units in total and would be perfect for a large, related group. The host, Tracey, was excellent - easy to communicate with and her check-in instructions were clear and complete. She reached out to me a day ahead and told me that the room I was assigned had an unexpected issue with the heat pump so she proactively moved me to another unit at the property that was larger. Her proactive approach reinforced to me that this is a very conscientious and customer-oriented host. The bathroom was a nice size with a shower where you can sit down and there was a large fridge, a microwave and other appliances, cups, utensils, etc. to make your stay comfortable and enable you to make some basic meals. Each room also has an external patio space and there is a communal BBQ. This is a thoughtfully designed property that provided a pleasant stay on all levels at a very fair price point. I would unhesitatingly stay here again.

Hi there! I grew up in Nova Scotia’s beautiful Annapolis Valley and have a deep appreciation for everything this region has to offer.

I named my property Sakura Valley (Sakura is Cherry Blossom in Japanese) because Japan holds a truly special place in my heart—it's what I consider my second home. Bringing a piece of that warmth, peace, and hospitality back home to the Valley felt like the perfect touch.

For over 20 years, I worked supporting individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities—a career built on care, patience, and empathy. I’ve also owned and managed rental properties for more than 25 years, so providing a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained space comes naturally to me.

Family and genuine friendships mean the world to me. I’m the proud mom of two wonderful, successful daughters who both work in healthcare, and I love spending quality time connecting with my close friends and family. When I’m not hosting, you can usually find me outdoors—travelling, paddle boarding, kayaking, hiking, or simply enjoying good company.

In 2026, I took the leap into short-term, medium-term and long-term rentals with this brand-new build. Though I'm relatively new to hosting short-term guests, I absolutely love it! My goal is to ensure you have a seamless, peaceful, and memorable stay at Sakura Valley 🌸
