The Seeluft holiday home, situated in a quiet location, captivates guests from the moment they arrive with its view of Lake Chiemsee.


This cosy 2-room apartment, which sleeps up to 3 people, is located on the 1st floor and features a large southeast-facing balcony. You’re sure to have a wonderful time there. The tastefully furnished living area features an open kitchen (the apartment will receive a new, modern kitchen in fall 2026), a dining area, and a sofa for relaxing. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed (box spring), the sofa bed in the living area is available for use if needed. The bathroom with a shower rounds out this apartment. The low-maintenance wood-look flooring (except in the bathroom) gives the entire apartment a cosy feel.


The holiday rental’s washing machine in the basement is available to you free of charge. Wi-Fi is also free to use. The parking space is located directly in front of the house. You’re welcome to park your bicycles in the bike racks on the property.
This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are welcome—a fee of 15 euros per night per dog applies.
