Apartment 28 is located on the 1st floor. From the living area—which features an open kitchen and dining area—you can step out onto the west-facing balcony with a view of Lake Chiemsee. In addition to the bedroom with a double bed, a sleeper sofa—equipped with a real mattress to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep—is available if needed. The bathroom completes this apartment.
This is a non-smoking apartment, and pets are not allowed. For stays of 4 nights or more, a complimentary linen package is included, which consists of bed linens, towels (1 regular towel and 2 shower towels per person), a bath mat, and tea towels. A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in the building’s basement. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge. The visitor’s tax is already included in the rental price.
The parking space is located directly in front of the house. Electric cars are also accommodated: The on-site wallbox can be used for a fee. Bicycles can be stored in the bike garage. Even some SUP boards can be stored in specially installed racks.


Even in bad weather, there’s plenty to do on the property:
In separate rooms of the building, the wellness area—featuring a small indoor pool and sauna—is available to you free of charge. A large children’s playroom, a game room with a ping-pong table and foosball, and a small fitness room round out the amenities.
