The Southern Peninsular has so much to offer. Besides the Boulders penguins and Cape Point, it has beautiful beaches, 2 lovely golf courses close by, beautiful beaches in Simonstown and Fish Hoek, quirky and fun restaurants and retail in Kalk Bay and Simonstown and amazing naval history with a super interesting submarine tour available.

What makes this property unique

Absolutely stunning view over the bay. Its set on a mountain, which is peaceful and is surrounded by fynbos and bird life.
