This two-story, 3 bed/2.5 bath home is perfectly situated in a peaceful residential neighborhood, just minutes from wineries, shopping and the fantastic restaurants that Fredericksburg has to offer.

This Red Door Escape house offers 3 cozy bedrooms, 2 full baths, a half bath, fun wallpaper, and pops of bright color. Your pets can play in the spacious outdoor area with artificial turf,. Relax around the fire pit with a glass of wine, or grill a delicious stake or hotdogs on the outdoor grill provided. Stroll to Main St. for delicious food and drinks or take a short drive to nearby wineries. Perfect for a fun getaway, and not only are we dog friendly, we are dog lovers too! Living Room

Unwind from a day of wine tasting in the spacious living room with a sectional couch and comfortable chairs. A breakfast nook allows guests to interact with friends and family in the living room or the kitchen.

Kitchen

Whether you want to cook a full meal or simply have a cup of coffee, this kitchen has everything you need - a large refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher. In the kitchen cabinets, you will find a wide array of dinnerware, water glasses, coffee mugs, and wine glasses. In the cabinets and drawers you will find pots, pans, baking trays, silverware, and other various cooking utensils. Make a cup of coffee with the keurig and k-cup options and enjoy your breakfast at the nook with seating for 4.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 has a King sized bed with four pillows, a quilt, full length mirror, closet with clothing hangers and a Glam up area to get ready and look gorgeous.

Room 2 has a Queen size bed with four pillows, a quilt, full length mirror, and a closet with clothing hangers.

Bedroom 3 offers 2 twin beds, 2 nighstands and a dresser, as well as a closet with hangers.

Bathrooms

The primary bathroom has a bathtub-shower combination and two sinks. The secondary bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination with a single sink. Both are equipped with hairdryers, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The half bathroom is conveniently located downstairs.
